Justin champions the vision of our church as a catalyst for change in our community of Fairview and beyond, embodying Christ’s commission to make disciples and serve those around us. He brings his experience as an international missionary and father of five to his work as the head pastor at Faith Church.
Tray Morgan
Worship Minister
Tray’s passions include listening to people’s stories, learning through reading, sharing his love of sports and consuming ice cream. Tray and his wife Taye have 3 children in High School and Middle School, which keep them running. He has a degree in Church Music with an emphasis on trumpet. Tray is a 5th generation Dallasite and truly loves this city.
Lorenzo Figueroa

Director of Family Ministry
Lorenzo heads up our Family Ministry and supports our kids’ and youth programs, as well as some critical administrative areas. Lorenzo and his wife Alex have three younger kids still at home who keep them very busy. The Figuerosas hailed from Florida before becoming happy Texans.
Jim Ballestro
Operations
Jim retired from a successful corporate career to help Faith Church manage its physical plant and grounds. Jim ensures that our building is maintained well, stays beautiful, and serves its members. Jim and his wife Kris live in McKinney, and have two grown daughters.
Cindy Telisak
Deacon
Ministry and Volunteer Coordinator
Cindy is a wife and mom, a founding member of Faith Church, a former radio personality, birth doula, and director of a non-profit donation farm in Parker, TX. An Anglican from birth, her greatest passion is for communicating the truth about the saving power of Jesus Christ.
Krista Handgis
FaithKids Director
Krista is a homeschooling mom of three who loves the Lord and enjoys nothing more than passing that love on to our Faith kids! Her boundless energy goes into many creative ideas and projects to convey the Gospel to the next generation.
